Request to Change Summer Camp Week

  • Change of camp week can be requested until the Friday before the start of the camp that the student is enrolled in. There is no limit to how many times a change is requested.

  • The fee for each change request is $20 which is refunded if the desired camp does not have open spots.

  • The change of camp week applies to all the four days of camp.

  • Change of camp is allowed only to another 2021 summer camp week. The camp cost cannot be applied towards weekly classes or other workshops.

Steps:

  1. You can check the availability of spots in the schedule. This is updated regularly with open spots status.
  2. Fill the information in the PayPal button: student’s name, currently enrolled camp week and the desired camp week.
  3. Click on PayNow.

If the desired camp week has open spots, the student’s enrollment will be moved to that camp, and an email will be sent to parent with the new camp  information. If the desired camp does not have open spots, the $20 will be refunded via PayPal. In either case, you should receive a response email from EVComputing within 2 business days.
